The Artwork Itself
The SHA-256 hash of your uploaded image is the fingerprint of the work. Any alteration — even a single pixel — produces a completely different hash, making forgery mathematically impossible to conceal.

Your verified Authentica account is permanently linked to the certification. Title, technique, dimensions, year of creation, and artist statement are all part of the certified record.

Whether it's a unique painting, a limited print run of 10, or a production series of 50 design objects — each piece gets its own numbered certificate. A series of 20 chairs generates 20 individual blockchain records, each marked "Piece X of 20". No undeclared copies possible.

Ownership History
Every time the work changes hands, the transfer is recorded on the blockchain with date, parties, and optional sale price. The provenance record is immutable, cumulative, and publicly verifiable via QR code.

Provenance Chain

When a collector buys your certified work, they create an Authentica account and you register the transfer. The blockchain records the new ownership permanently — creating a living provenance document that follows the work for its entire lifetime.
